Photographer, Videographer, Podcast host and creative entrepreneur. Joe Chea has gone against the grain to pursue his love for photo and film.
After first picking up the craft as a hobby and creative outlet during a hiatus from his career the tech industry, Joe developed a passion for photography that drove him to self-educate and independently hone his skill. After his keen eye and attention to detail afforded him more and more opportunities in the craft, he left the tech world behind permanently and fully dedicated himself to the art photography.
Now, having photographed some of music’s biggest names, including Rick Ross, Travis $cott, Chance the Rapper, Eminem, Big Sean, Luke James, Common, and Wale to name a few, and serviced major events such as Essence Festival, the Agenda Trade Show, Made In America Music Festival and NYC’s CurlFest, Joe spends his time delivering high-quality beauty, commercial, and personal photo and film product to a diverse clientele.
Joe’s recent work includes projects for clients such as Carol’s Daughter, Dark & Lovely, Palmer's, L'Oréal Paris, and H&M, to name a few.
